In her many years of consulting and numerous trainings, she has not only sensitized her clients to the topic of diversity, but has also brought about a real change in thinking. As a professional speaker and business coach, she inspires people across many industries.



Before becoming self-employed, Anna Engers worked as a PR consultant, first in an international communications agency and then in a large corporate law firm. But her fascination with the diversity of people has brought her to the topic for which she really burns: diversity.

Her recently published book "Komplexität von Diversity meistern" (sorriso Verlag) shows her enthusiasm for diversity. Anna Engers gives the topic back its easiness and offers a thesis on how we can achieve more diversity in organizations. In her private life, she lives with her husband, two children and two spoiled cats in beautiful Frankfurt am Main.
