Thomas P. Barnett, Jr is an American undergraduate student at the University of Delaware studying Political Science and Legal Studies. He is recognized as a top student on the Dean's List at his University. He plans to attend law school next year to pursue international legal studies. Eventually, his ultimate goal is to pursue legal technology entrepreneurship.
