Ute Bolz-Fischer M.A. is a voice trainer, singer and music scientist. She has been working as a vocal coach for lawyers and in-house lawyers for over 20 years. She realized very early on that the soft skill "voice" is far too much underestimated as a career factor, especially among lawyers. The voice is the acoustic calling card and the expression of personality.

In her training for the perfect shaping of the voice, she works with sounds and singing. This is the best method for lowering the larynx and thus opening the resonance spaces, which makes the sound of the voice sustainably stronger and more voluminous.

Ute Bolz-Fischer has designed a training for partners, counsels and associates on the partner track in law firms and for in-house lawyers on their way to becoming executives. In addition, her concept is aimed at HR departments of law firms that are looking for and want to offer special, individual further training within the framework of personnel development.
